Sanjiv Bhattacharya has written for the Los Angeles Times and Esquire. His work has appeared in the UK in Q Magazine, the Times, the Telegraph, the Observer, Marie Claire and GQ, to which he was a contributing editor. He wrote and filmed The Man with 80 Wives, a documentary about Warren Jeffs, which aired last July on Channel Four (UK). Sanjiv’s investigative work has featured such diverse subcultures as Christian bikers, pimps, Yakuza priests, squatters, Minutemen and young Republicans. His anthropological study of polygamy, To Be A God, will be published by Atria Books.
